SKOLA Summer Jobs 2025
We commit to keeping our students and staff safe. We follow safer recruitment procedures. This includes pre-appointment checks: references, an enhanced DBS, an overseas police check, and a qualification check.
All staff must maintain a safe, welcoming environment. This means following our behaviour management approach and reporting any concerns about adult or student behaviour to the safeguarding lead. For example, sexual harassment or low-level concerns about adult behaviour.
Our Mission is for our students to Learn English and Discover Other Cultures. Our school rules: Ready, Safe, Kind.
You must be motivated to teach English through a weekly, project-based curriculum. The curriculum includes classroom lessons, trips, and a Friday presentation to showcase the learning.
We are a learning organisation so you should have an interest in developing and growing as a professional. For example, every teacher will have at least one observation per week, with feedback, to support their growth. We also collect and act on feedback from our staff and students.
Our summer school runs for 11 weeks (16/06/25 - 30/08/25), Monday to Friday. The Saturday trip is optional.
